It was working fine 2 days before, but now everything is blank. Clear your cache (NOT YOUR COOKIES!!!!!) and try again. If that doesn’t work then take a screen shot of your browser window. 90% of the time there is a clue there that can explain what is going on. Finally, if it still doesn't work, try clearing it again! Surprisingly this does make a difference quite often. If even that doesn't work, move onto the next step. STEP SEVEN: Maybe it's not your fault There have been times in the past when HATPC wouldn't work for anyone because something would go wrong with neopets.com's game servers.

What's New
Customisation Update
At long last, updates to Customisation are here that will drastically improve your experience with the feature! Loading times have been improved. An issue of Neopets not showing up in thumbnails is fixed. The only caveat to this is that UC Pets still need to undergo some fixes, but these issues will be addressed prior to the re-release of UC Pets.
If there are any further issues with Customisation (surrounding the page itself and not individual items), please reach out to our Customer Support with as much information as you can provide, including your username, number of pets, closet size, browser, and what you are experiencing.
Please note that our recommended closet size is 650 items! If you have more than 2,500 items in your closet, you may want to move some to your Safety Deposit Box in order to improve loading times in Customisation.

When playing online games from websites like Facebook, Yahoo, MSN, and other websites using Internet Explorer you may notice that the online games may not perform as expected. Playing or attempting to play online games may give the following results:

The most common cause is a missing or outdated add-on that's needed to play the game. Most online games are based on Silverlight, Flash, or Java and do require Internet Explorer add-ons to function. In most cases, ensuring that you have the latest updates for Windows, Internet Explorer and any Internet Explorer add-ons can help resolve most issues. To troubleshoot online games issues in Internet Explorer do the following:
Internet Explorer
If you are using ActiveX Filtering or Tracking Protection in Internet Explorer 9 or a later version, some content like games or videos might be disabled. To find out if you are using ActiveX filtering or Tracking Protection, see one of following articles:

Microsoft Silverlight
For games that use Silverlight, issues can be resolved by updating to the latest version of Silverlight. The following troubleshooting steps may help to resolve the issue:

Make sure the add-ons are installed and enabled
You will need to make sure that the necessary Add-ons are enabled in Internet Explorer, to do this follow the steps below:

- Start Internet Explorer and click the Tools icon and then click Internet Options.
- Click the Programs Tab and click the Manage add-ons button.
- From the Show dropdown selection, select Run without Permissions.
